Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Client
We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly. Should you need to cancel your workshop, please notify the Artist as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 4 or more weeks prior to booked workshop date will receive a full refund of the booking fee
Cancellations made 2 – 4 weeks prior to booked workshop date will be refunded 50% of the full booking fee
For cancellations made less than 2 weeks of booked workshop date, the booking fee will be forfeited
Cancellation by Artist
Should the Artist need to cancel the workshop due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g. illness, injury, lockdown, natural disaster), Artist will notify you of this as soon as possible and refund you the full amount you had paid for the workshop.
Photo & Video
During the workshop, I will request permission to take photographs and/or videos for use in my website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed, you may decline. Please let me know at the time.
What to Expect
Before the Workshop
Approximately 2 weeks prior to the booked workshop date, the Artist will get in touch with you and ask you to confirm the final number of people attending the workshop. This is because Artist will need to pre-order materials according to your workshop. (Please note that the maximum # of participants is 25 people for the 45-60 minute workshop and 15 people for the 2 hour workshop).
Day of Workshop
On the day of the booked workshop date, Artist will arrive 30 mins at the workshop location before the workshop start time to set up.
After the Workshop
Workshop participants will have received printed material to summarize workshop content during the workshop. Additionally, Artist may send a follow-up email with additional resources and tips tailored to the discussions that came up during the workshop.
