The following describes how  “Thi Doan Art LLC” (“Thi Doan Art LLC,” “Thi Doan Art,” “we,” “us,” “our,” “I,” or “me”) uses and disseminates information you provide us through https://www.thidoanart.com and its sub-domains and affiliated sites, as well as Thi Doan Art LLC pages and accounts on Facebook®, Instagram®, and Pinterest® (the “Site” or “Sites”). 3.1 Personal Information - We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent, with the following exceptions: We may share your Personal Information with vendors and other third-party providers who are performing services for Thi Doan Art LLC. In general, the vendors and third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide for the Thi Doan Art LLC.  For example, when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, fulfill an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting and using such personal information for that specific purpose, including by transmitting such information to our vendors (and their service providers) performing these services for the Thi Doan Art LLC.  In plain English:  If you purchase a piece of art, Paypal or Stripe will receive personal information, TaxJar will receive information to manage sales tax compliance, Printful or FinerWorks may receive personal information about you to fulfill an order, and our shipper will receive personal information about you as those are necessary to complete the transaction.

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers - Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services.  For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers: PayPal, Inc and Stripe, Inc. We may also use the following third-party service provider to process and store your data: Mailchimp, The Rocket Science Group LLC, to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to our subscriber; read their privacy policy, and/or Flodesk; read their privacy policy here. We may use TaxJar, TPS Unlimited, Inc, to manage sales tax compliance; read their privacy policy here. We may also use a third-party service provider to process, print, fulfill, handle, and/or ship artwork(s) and art product(s) you have purchased: ShipStation, FinerWorks, and/or Printful.

3.3 In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

3.4 Non-Personal Information - In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns of the Service. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our sole discretion.

3.5 Tracking User Behavior - We may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within thidoanart.com, in order to determine what Thi Doan Art LLC services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Thi Doan Art LLC to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

3.6 Automatically Collected Information - Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Thi Doan Art LLC. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Thi Doan Art LLC website.

3.7 We partner with 4th World Press to create the children’s book “The Day I Woke Up Different.”. When you share your story in the “share your story” form on this site, we may share information you shared on the “Story Title,” “Your Story,” and “a lil bit about you” fields on that form with 4th World Press. We may use your story in publications or electronic forms of media or on social media, and distribution in other publications, electronic or otherwise, without notifying you.

3.8 Communications - We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about announcements, promotional offers, confirmations, surveys, new products or services, other general communications, and/or changes to this privacy policy. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Thi Doan Art LLC or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Thi Doan Art LLC, you may opt out of such communications by selecting "unsubscribe" in the promotional email.

9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site. To request removal of such data, please contact us using our Contact Form, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Site, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all of our systems (e.g. backups, etc.)

Our Service is hosted by Squarespace.  Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to provide the Service to you.  Your information, including Personal Information, may be stored through Squarespace’s servers.  By using the Service, you consent to Squarespace’s collection, disclosure, storage, and use of your Personal Information in accordance with Squarespace’s privacy policy. As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Service.
