  • Orders of original artwork will be shipped within 7 to 14 days of order.

    For prints (reproductions) and merchandise (clothing), please allow some time for the ordering of your print or product. Your print or product may be shipped directly from a 3rd party printer business instead of directly from the studio. Processing time is usually within 2 weeks (and 3 weeks if matting options was selected) prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

  • For artworks mailed directly from the studio:

    Artworks 11”x14” or smaller sized are shipped flat in a rigid mailer or a mailer box.

    Artworks larger than 11”x14’ may be shipped in a sturdy tube.

    Every package is packaged with the most utmost care to help ensure safe arrival to your home!

    Packaging for artwork and products shipped directly from a 3rd party printer business will be at the discretion of the printer business.

  • Domestic Orders

    Artwork shipped directly from the studio will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Courier choice for artwork or products shipped from a 3rd party printer business will be at the discretion of the printer business.

    International Shipments

    International shipments of artwork shipped directly from the studio will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Courier choice for artwork or products shipped from a 3rd party printer business will be at the discretion of the printer business. International packages are a bit outside of my control. Border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. I am not responsible for any additional fees (customs, duty charges, postage fees, etc.). Tracking may not be as unreliable with international shipments.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

  • Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. Although my goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchases, all sales of commissioned, original artworks, ornaments, prints that were ordered matted, discounted products, workshops, courses, or events, and digital products (such as e-gift cards) are final and non-refundable. Returns of prints or merchandise are accepted if undamaged, and requested within 7 days of delivery, but subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee to cover costs of various fees, handling, and repackaging. Shipping costs are not refunded, and the cost of shipping for returns are not covered.

  • Kindly note that I am unable to replace lost or stolen packages. please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. You can review the Return Policy here.

  • If your artwork is damaged in transit, although I package each order with care and have no control of the courier service, I ask that you notify me within 5 days of delivery via my contact page and I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individuals who are able to provide photos, details, and documentation of the damage.   • Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Use only acid free, archival material to frame and store your artwork. Download my FREE Preserving Your Watercolor Art for a useful resource on caring for your artwork (this guide also applies to artworks created by gouache as well as watercolor).

    What about holiday ornaments?

    Please handle the ceramic ornaments with care. If cleaning is required, wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth.

  • I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).

    The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.

    When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. You can view more information in the Terms and Conditions here.
