About the Artist
VISUAL ARTIST & CREATIVE MINDFULNESS EDUCATOR
My name is Thi (pronounced like “tea”) and I’m a fine artist and creative mindfulness educator based in Portland, OR. I love teaching workshops that show how simple and restorative it is to use watercolor painting as a way to practice mindfulness. I am a daughter of immigrants and an obsessive dog mom. My mission is to use the language of art to cultivate meaningful connection, kindness, and mindfulness.
