I’m so sad you’re unhappy with your print purchase, but am here to help. Please make sure you have read the Return Policy to understand the process. Returns of undamaged reproduction prints and of unused, unwashed merchandise are accepted if I am notified within 7 days of it being marked delivered.
Please note that all sales of commissioned artworks, original artworks, discounted products, events, workshops, or courses, digital products, and prints ordered matted are final and non-refundable.
Damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are not refunded and I do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee amounting to 20% of the original print cost.
International returns are not accepted at this time.
