Mindfulness

that meets you where you are

— wine glass, coffee mug, or paintbrush in hand

This isn’t about sitting in silence on a cushion (unless that’s your thing).

It’s about noticing your breath between sips of tea, feeling grounded with a glass of wine at a vineyard, or reconnecting with yourself through creativity.

Start where you are.

You don’t need hours of free time, a meditation cushion, or a silent retreat.
Whether you’re sipping coffee between meetings or watching the sunset with a glass of wine, these offerings are designed to meet you where you are — and help you find calm and presence.

Mindfulness is simple, but not easy

that’s where I come in.

Welcome to the Studio

I’m Thi (“tea”),

your introverted artist and obsessed dog mom (if you talk dogs, we can talk for days).

I combine my background as a fine artist and mindfulness educator to offer mindfulness practices that feel gentle, simple, and beautiful.

Grab a mug of tea, glass of wine, or whatever you enjoy and take some slowed down time to enjoy this space.

The Podcast

You’re probably know that mindfulness has many benefits. And you’ve thought about practicing mindfulness but finding the time or remembering to do so makes it so hard.

“A Mindful Invitation” is a podcast show that helps make mindfulness easier to fit into your life by keeping it simple, beautiful, and short

MINDFULNESS TOOLS

Just a few minutes a day

One of the benefits of mindfulness is cultivating the awareness to respond, rather than react to life. It takes regular practice to enjoy the benefits of mindfulness. This journal makes folding a mindfulness practice simple and only takes a few minutes a day.

  • Gentle guidance to the foundations of mindfulness. Morning and nighttime prompted journal entries to fold in a few minutes of a mindfulness practice.

  • This is an art-based mindfulness practice journal and incorporates simple art in your mindfulness practice.

  • Yes! The BIPOC-AAPI Woman Owned store All Burn Wax in downtown Portland, OR carries these notebook journals. Pair a candle from that store with this journal to make your own sweet ritual.

By now, you’ve likely heard that mindfulness is good for you

And it’s true. Research has found consistent mindfulness practice to support our well-being in things like:

  • Feeling calmer and less reactive

  • Reducing anxiety and depression

  • Helping us bounce back from stress better (aka resilience)

  • And physical benefits (think blood pressure, immune function, cortisol levels, sleep!)

And yet, many people find practicing mindfulness challenging. (So if that’s you, you’re not alone!)

That’s where I come in

I’m Thi, and I offer mindfulness in a way that doesn’t feel like a chore

I help busy women (and all other humans) reclaim simple, mindful rituals that feel nourishing, not performative. No pressure, no rules, just presence.

It's time to focus on you
